Shipping Policy

Our internet ordering system is available 24 hours a day for our customers to place orders.  Orders placed before 9:00am during business days are shipped the same day. 

Orders placed after 9:00am are shipped next business day.
All orders/products are inspected at the warehouse for quality and safety prior to shipping to customer.

Products weighing less than one pound get shipped by USPS First Class, however products weighing over a pound get shipped by either USPS Priority Mail, FedEx, UPS or DHL.

We provide free shipping on domestic orders.

Estimated time for delivery of orders by USPS First Mail is  3-5 days,

USPS Priority Mail is 2-3 days.

FedEx, UPS and DHL is 3-5 days.

Customers will receive an email notification from us once the order is shipped, which  will include a tracking number you can use to check order status. Please allow  24 - 48 hours for tracking information to become available.
